I stole this idea from Melissa, my sister. It was a good idea. I want to remember what my kids said and thought at this age.
How old is daddy?
Nathan: 21, no I mean 31.
Mary: 200, no, no, no, not 200, I mean 32.
What is daddy's favorite thing to do:
Nathan: I think play with me and Mary.
Mary: Help.
What do you like most about daddy?
Nathan: He plays with me a lot.
Mary: One thing that I like is that he lets me do fun things like the ipad, watch tv., scripture movies. And one more thing. I like him. Wait, yeah, I like him.
What does daddy do at work?
Nathan: He pays us money.
Mary: Works.
What is something daddy has taught you?
Nathan: Taught us to not climb on the arms (of the couches).
Mary: Teach us to be obedient.
What is daddy's favorite food?
Nathan: Onions. And hot sauce.
Mary: Um, that's a hard one. (with a cute giggle). I think um, chicken sandwiches?
Where did daddy grow up?
Nathan: California.
Mary: California?
(I told them it was Nebraska and now they both want to switch their answers to Nebraska.)
What is something special about daddy?
Nathan: He takes us to shiver shack.
Mary: He likes us.
What places does daddy like to go?
Nathan: The store.
Mary: Work.

Nathan: All the colors.

Nathan: Help clean the dishes. (hmm....:)

Nathan: I love you.
